Taking a five-shot lead into the third and final round, the 22-year-old cruised to a round of 69 and a total of 19-under-par - three shots ahead of 2018 Masters champion Patrick Reed of the United States, who closed with 67.
Chacarrra pocketed USD4 million for the individual win, plus USD750,000 as his share of the top team prize with Fireballs GC team-mates Sergio Garcia, Carlos Ortiz and Abraham Ancer.
English duo Paul Casey (65) and Richard Bland (68) shared third place on 15-under-par with American Sihwan Kim (68) in what was the LIV Golf Series' maiden Asian event.
